How long does delivery take?

We usually ship all in-stock items within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery time within Austria is typically 1–3 business days, and to Germany 2–4 business days. You can see the exact availability on each product page.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer and Klarna.

Is a tax-free, intra-community delivery possible?

Yes, as a company with a valid VAT ID, this is possible. You can enter it in the shopping cart. When you then proceed to checkout, the VAT will be deducted.

Can I return my order?

Yes, of course. You can return products within 14 days of receipt. It's important that the items are unused and in their original packaging. You can find all the details in our cancellation policy and return conditions.
Please note that for sustainability reasons and a fair pricing philosophy, we only cover return shipping costs in the case of a defect/warranty claim.

Do I need to create a customer account?

No, you can also order as a guest.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your order. You pay €5.90 for orders up to €149. Shipping is free for orders above this amount (details on the shipping page).

My item is defective – what now?

Please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.

Can I have my order delivered to a parcel locker?

Yes, orders can be sent to parcel lockers. Simply enter your postal code and the parcel locker number in the address field.
