Application areas of the S203-C16
The C-type tripping characteristic triggers at 5 to 10 times the rated current. Therefore, this circuit breaker is ideally suited for appliances with higher inrush currents, such as air conditioners, heat pumps, or fluorescent lamps. Typical applications for this 3-phase circuit breaker include cooker connections, wallboxes, or sauna heaters. Furthermore, DIN rail mounting allows for flexible placement.

Mounting on DIN rail
The S203-C16 simply snaps onto a 35 mm DIN rail. Then you connect the conductors using the screw terminals. The circuit breaker is also compatible with the ABB PS busbar system, significantly simplifying wiring for multiple devices in a distribution board.
