Berker (Hager) W.1 Surface-Mounted Socket SCHUKO 2-Gang Vertical 47703525
The Berker W.1 double socket 47703525 offers you two SCHUKO connections in a vertical arrangement. This design is particularly practical when the available wall width is limited — for example between two door frames or in narrow niches.
Both inserts are fully wired and equipped with plug-in terminals for conductor cross-sections from 1.0 to 2.5 mm². This means you only need to connect one supply line. A Wago 2-conductor connection terminal is also included, and two snap-in positions in the housing base offer additional connection options.
The IP55 protection rating reliably protects against water jets and dust. The self-closing hinged cover automatically closes after the plug is removed. However, during continuous operation, it can also be locked in the open position. A full-surface seal under the housing base provides additional protection for the rear.
For installation, screw mounting and claw mounting are available. The funnel-shaped mounting holes make positioning easier. In addition, the insert simply snaps into the housing, and the bayonet quick-release fastener securely fixes the frame.
The housing made of impact-resistant, halogen-free thermoplastic is grey with a light grey cover (RAL 7011, matt). The housing screws and hinged cover springs are made of stainless steel. The connection terminals meet the requirements of VDE 0620, design DIN 49440.
