Berker W.1 surface-mounted SCHUKO 2-way horizontal socket 47843515
The Berker W.1 double socket 47843515 provides two SCHUKO sockets in a compact surface-mounted housing. Its horizontal design makes it particularly suitable for installation next to door frames or in tight spaces, as the cable entries are located on the side.
Both inserts are pre-wired and equipped with push-in terminals. This saves you time during installation because the connection between the sockets is already made at the factory. A Wago 2-conductor connector is also included, and the base of the housing has two snap-in slots for additional terminals.
The IP55 protection rating is ensured by the self-closing hinged cover with two sliding latches. Each latch can be opened individually, so the unused socket remains protected against water jets and dust. You can also manually lock the hinged cover in the open position.
A full-surface seal under the housing base ensures reliable sealing of the rear. The generously sized hollow base provides ample space for wiring. Furthermore, the insert simply snaps into place in the housing, and the frame is secured via a bayonet quick-release mechanism.
The impact-resistant thermoplastic housing in grey (RAL 7011) is halogen-free. The housing screws and hinged cover springs are made of stainless steel. Therefore, the socket is also suitable for corrosion-prone environments.
