Eaton PLSM-B16/3N-MW circuit breaker
The Eaton PLSM-B16/3N-MW miniature circuit breaker from the xPole series offers reliable protection for three-phase circuits with neutral conductor at a rated current of 16 A. It is designed for residential and commercial buildings.
Thanks to its B-curve tripping characteristic, this device is suitable for resistive loads. These include heating appliances, sockets, and resistive lighting. The B-curve trips at lower overcurrents than the C-curve, thus offering more sensitive protection for cables with low inrush currents.
The four-pole design with simultaneous neutral switching disconnects all four conductors simultaneously in the event of a fault. This ensures complete galvanic isolation, significantly increasing the safety of your installation.
Mounting on the DIN rail is straightforward. You can connect solid and stranded conductors from 1 mm² to 25 mm². Auxiliary switches and other accessories can also be retrofitted.
With a rated breaking capacity of 10 kA according to IEC/EN 60898-1, the circuit breaker offers high short-circuit withstand capability. Furthermore, the operating voltage is up to 400 V AC and the insulation voltage is 440 V.
