Eaton PLSM-B25/3N-MW circuit breaker
The Eaton PLSM-B25/3N-MW miniature circuit breaker from the xPole series protects three-phase circuits with a neutral conductor at a rated current of 25 A. It is designed for use in residential and commercial buildings.
With tripping characteristic B, this device is designed for resistive loads. These include heating systems, socket circuits, and lighting. Characteristic B trips at lower overcurrents than characteristic C. Therefore, it offers more sensitive protection, which is particularly suitable for cables with low inrush currents.
The four-pole design with simultaneous neutral disconnection isolates all four conductors at once. This ensures complete galvanic isolation in the event of a fault. This provides you with maximum safety during maintenance and in case of malfunctions.
The device is mounted on a DIN rail. Solid and stranded conductors from 1 mm² to 25 mm² can be connected. Additional devices such as auxiliary switches can also be retrofitted.
The rated breaking capacity is 10 kA according to IEC/EN 60898-1. Furthermore, the operating voltage is up to 400 V AC. The insulation voltage is 440 V and the impulse voltage withstand is 4 kV.
