Eaton PLSM-B20/3-MW circuit breaker
The Eaton PLSM-B20/3-MW miniature circuit breaker from the xPole series protects your three-phase circuits with a rated current of 20 A. It is designed for residential and commercial buildings and offers reliable line and short-circuit protection.
With tripping characteristic B, this device is designed for resistive loads. These include heating appliances, sockets, and lighting systems without high inrush currents. Characteristic B trips more sensitively than characteristic C. Consequently, cables and devices are switched off more quickly in the event of overcurrent.
DIN rail mounting is quick and easy. Solid and stranded conductors from 1 mm² to 25 mm² can be connected. All three poles switch simultaneously. Various additional devices, such as auxiliary switches, can also be retrofitted.
The rated breaking capacity of 10 kA according to IEC/EN 60898-1 ensures a high level of short-circuit protection. Furthermore, the operating voltage is up to 400 V AC. The insulation voltage is 440 V and the impulse voltage withstand capability is 4 kV. The device complies with energy limiting class 3.
With a width of 3 modules, the circuit breaker fits into any distribution board, saving space. It is also RoHS compliant and operates in a temperature range of -25 °C to 75 °C.
