Eaton PLSM-C32/1N-MW circuit breaker
The Eaton PLSM-C32/1N-MW miniature circuit breaker from the xPole series offers reliable protection for single-phase circuits with a neutral conductor. It is rated for a current of 32 A and designed for residential and commercial buildings.
With its C-curve tripping characteristic, this device is ideally suited for circuits with inductive loads. These include, for example, motors, compressors, or large lighting systems. Unlike the B-curve, the C-curve tolerates significantly higher inrush currents. Therefore, unwanted false tripping does not occur with devices that have high starting currents.
Mounting on the DIN rail is quick and easy. The terminal blocks accommodate solid and stranded conductors from 1 mm² to 25 mm². The neutral conductor is also connected simultaneously, ensuring complete circuit disconnection.
The rated breaking capacity is 10 kA according to IEC/EN 60898-1. Furthermore, the rated insulation voltage is 440 V and the impulse withstand voltage is 4 kV. Energy limiting class 3 minimizes the let-through energy in the event of a fault.
Thanks to its compact width of 1.5 modular units, you save valuable space. Furthermore, various additional features such as auxiliary switches or fault signal contacts can be retrofitted.
