DESCRIPTION
Eaton PLSM-C13/3N-MW circuit breaker
The Eaton PLSM-C13/3N-MW miniature circuit breaker belongs to the xPole series and protects three-phase circuits with a neutral conductor at a rated current of 13 A. It is designed for residential and commercial buildings and complies with relevant standards.
Thanks to its C-curve tripping characteristic, this device is suitable for inductive loads, such as motors, transformers, and fluorescent lamps. Compared to the B-curve, the C-curve tolerates higher inrush currents. Consequently, unwanted false tripping does not occur with inductive loads.
The four-pole design with simultaneous neutral connection disconnects all four conductors in the event of a fault. This ensures complete galvanic isolation, significantly increasing safety.
Installation on the DIN rail is straightforward. Furthermore, solid and stranded conductors from 1 mm² to 25 mm² can be connected. Auxiliary switches and other accessories can also be retrofitted.
The rated breaking capacity is 10 kA according to IEC/EN 60898-1. The operating voltage is up to 400 V AC and the insulation voltage is 440 V. Furthermore, the impulse voltage withstand capability is 4 kV.
