DESCRIPTION

Stainless steel pedestal for mounting a KEBA charging station.

Instructions for installing the pedestal:

  • The calculation, design and manufacture of the concrete foundation is the responsibility of the site manufacturer.
  • A horizontal, level and load-bearing surface is required for installation. To ensure secure and permanent anchoring, we recommend constructing a concrete foundation:

    65 cm (L) x 50 cm (W), depth = min. frost line but > 40 cm, frost-proof foundation.
    Concrete: C30/37 LP for XC4, XD1, XF4 or C25/30 LP for XC4, XD1, XF2
    Reinforcing steel: BSt 500 S; BSt 500 M
  • The substrate must allow any water that may enter the base to drain away.
  • All cables must emerge from the ground precisely in the center of the concrete foundation and have an excess length of approximately 1.5 m for further installation.
  • When constructing the concrete foundation, the cables must be protected against damage using suitable means (e.g., with a protective sleeve). The protective sleeve must extend approximately 25 cm beyond the concrete foundation.
  • Setting up the support column on asphalt is not permitted!
