The MDT AKK-03UP.03 switching actuator is a compact and versatile solution for controlling electrical devices or 3-speed fans in KNX installations. This flush-mounted device combines high performance with easy installation and is ideal for residential and commercial applications. It supports both classic switching actuator operation and fan coil operation for fan convectors.

    • Control of 3-stage fans in 2-pipe or 4-pipe systems.
    • Direct control via 1-bit objects or automatic operation via 1-byte setpoint (0–100%) .
    • Interlocked outputs prevent incorrect switching.
    • Integrated emergency operation in case of actuator failure.
    • Day/night function to limit the ventilation level for energy-efficient operation.
  • Switching actuator operation:
    • Control of up to 3 consumers independently of each other.
    • Support for normally closed and normally open operation .
    • Time functions such as on/off delay and stairwell lighting function with pre-warning.
    • Scene control with up to 8 scenes per channel.
    • Logical connections for complex automation scenarios.
• Easy installation and operation:
  • Compact design suitable for standard switch boxes (41 × 41 × 22 mm).
  • Manual control via bistable relays for direct on-site access.
  • Faster application download thanks to Long Frame support (ETS5 compatible).
